Many people have asked about the oil filter that came original on the 81Z28.  The original (from the assembly line) oil filter came with a gray primer color.  Once the first oil change came around the gray one was gone and hopefully replaced with an AC Delco.  The above photo is of an original from-the-factory oil filter. The one below is an AC PF25, vintage 1981.
